Plain Hastelloy C-276 Thermocouple, 1/4" Diameter x 4" Long, Type "K", Standard Male Plug (OST). Thermocouples for use with Chemglass process reactors. Available in both “T” (blue connections) and “K” (yellow connections). The detachable thermocouples are for direct insertion in the reactors using a CG-1048-A or CG-1042-E thermocouple adapter, while the 4” long Hastelloy C-276 style is for use with the CG-1971 baffles and adapters. Detachable type thermocouples have a standard male plug (OST) and require a coiled extension cord for connection to the CG-3498 temperature monitor. The 4” long Hastelloy C-276 thermocouples are supplied with a 4ft FEP insulated cord having a standard male plug (OST).PLEASE NOTE: THE 1/2” DIAMETER PROBES HAVE A TRANSITION TO 6” OF PTFE LEADS AND ARE CLEAR FEP PTFE COATED.Maximum Probe Temperature Based on Coating- FEP is 200°C and the Black PFA is 250°C

Connection, Complete, GL 25. Connector allows for easy connection of a thermocouple gauge tube to glass vacuum system without the use of a glass to metal graded seal or Cajon fitting. Gauge connection consists of a GL 25 thread, a stainless steel bushing and an open top GL 25 screw cap. The thermocouple gauge tube is threaded into the #303 stainless steel bushing and inserted into the glass GL 25 thread.

PT100 Sensor, Constructed with Shielded Cable, the Lemo Connector Provides An Area for a Ground Connection, PFA Coated, 1/4" OD x 45" Long, Style "B", Fits Reactor Capacity: 50L (Tall). PT100 RTD temperature sensor is for direct insertion into flasks and process reactors using any O-Ring style compression adapter, such as the CG-1042-E. Probes are constructed using shielded cable to ensure a clean signal. Style B has a Lemo Connector direct wired to a 12 foot lead and is for use with all Huber circulators permitting process temperature control based on the contents of the reactor. Sensor is constructed using GREEN shielded wire/cable. Lemo connector can be used as a ground for the probe using an optional grounding clip and wire. An adapter having a female Lemo connector to the 2-blade mini plug is available to allow use of the Style B sensors with equipment having this connection.
